Information in a scope
A scope may include a title, focus, property type, room quantities, selected tasks, condition and priority choices, preferred timing, access notes and optional reply details. Include only what is needed. Do not enter passwords, door codes or payment information.

Local storage
The Android app stores saved scopes and one working draft in its private local database. It does not upload them to an app server. Records remain on that device.

Working drafts
Changes to your current scope are kept as a working draft. Saving creates or updates the selected local record. Replacing or discarding a draft asks for confirmation when meaningful changes could be lost.

Review and email
The preview shows the business email recipient, subject and complete message. Open email hands this text to an available email app. You decide whether to send there. This app cannot confirm sending, delivery, a reply or a booking.

Telephone enquiries
Open dialler passes the business phone number to a phone app. It does not place a call or transmit your written scope. Your phone provider handles any call you choose to make.

Clipboard use
Copy brief places the displayed scope text on the Android or browser clipboard after you choose it. Other software with clipboard access may read that copied text. Take care on shared devices.

App permissions
This release requests no Internet, location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage or phone-call permission. Core content and images are bundled. External email or phone apps follow their own permissions.

Browser scope storage
The website planner stores scopes and a separate working draft in this browser's localStorage. Website and Android records are separate and do not synchronise. Browser settings or clearing site data may remove or prevent storage.

Contact-page entries
The website contact page keeps typed details in the current page only. Reviewing or opening email does not submit a form to a website server. Reloading or leaving the page clears those unsaved entries.

Retention and deletion
Saved scopes and drafts have no automatic expiry. Delete a saved scope or discard a draft from the relevant local screen. Clearing app data, uninstalling or clearing browser site data also removes local records. This does not recall an email or delete another party's records.

Changes and compatible updates
A compatible app update is designed to keep saved scopes and drafts. Saved records include the selected focus and task wording, so later catalogue edits do not silently rewrite an old brief. This policy may change when product behaviour changes.

Backups and device changes
Android cloud backup and app-managed device transfer are disabled for this release. There is no in-app cloud recovery or file backup. You can copy a readable brief before changing devices; handle that copy according to where you keep it.

Accounts and tracking
There is no account sign-in, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or background reporting service in the app. The static website includes no advertising or analytics tracker. A future website host may process ordinary request logs.

Shared devices
Anyone with access to an unlocked device or browser profile may see locally saved scopes. The app uses Android private storage; it does not add its own database encryption or app password. This planning tool is intended for people arranging cleaning enquiries.

Other apps and hosting
Email apps, diallers, browsers and the operating system follow their own privacy practices. A future website host may have separate terms. Review the selected app and recipient before continuing outside this product.

Business correspondence
If you send an enquiry, the business can see what you send and any sender details attached by your email or phone service. Ask the business directly about its handling, retention, correction or deletion of correspondence.
